Refund Policy

Upon signing up for our services, you have agreed with all the terms and conditions.

Customers are entitled to a refund of payments provided that the request meets our terms of refund. All refund shall be based on amount of credits remaining only.

If you would like to have your credits refunded, please send an email to our support department (support@texcellsms.com). Kindly include your account username, email address and reason for requesting the refund. We will respond to your request within 15 working days.

Texcell do not provides any refund in case the customer simply change his mind or wrongly judged our services/solutions. Texcell advise to all customers to test our services before make any payment.
Texcell do not offer any refund of money at any stage or at any condition once the transaction has done or services been setup.

Eligible refunds will be processed and credited to the original mode of payment like PayPal, credit card, debit card, online banking or others.

Refund / Cancellation Process

  • To raise a refund request, please email us at support@Texcellsms.com or call us +852 2882 8198 within thirty (30) days of completing your new order.
  • Customers need to clearly mention the Reason for refund.
  • Customer need to send the copy of Invoice at support@texcellsms.com
  • Eligible Refunds will be provided on pro-rated basis.
  • Refund will only be provided in case of paid orders.
  • All payments to Texcell are Non-refundable in case delays/non-delivery of services occurs due to issues at the end of mobile telecom operator.
  • Eligible Refunds will be credited within 30 to 45 days from the date of receiving request for refund.
  • Processing charges @ 15% shall be deducted out of the refundable amount.
